This annual event is a gathering of Uganda’s brilliant young agribusiness investors - agripreneurs, agriculture professionals and innovators - whose industry can engineer change in the structure and gains of the business of agriculture, of society and of Uganda’s economy. It is an essential congregation of ideas, insights and experiences of young people who are working hard to ensure that Uganda and Africa take that urgent leap from developing countries that are dependent to highly developed economies that are interdependent, inclusive and sustainable.
The Congress seeks to highlight as well as celebrate the ambition, resourcefulness and initiative of young agribusiness leaders; discuss actions and policies which are crucial for young actors in the local agribusiness industry to excel locally and globally; provides platforms to create profitable relationships, obtain information on opportunities worth exploiting, and gain knowledge on business best practices; as well as identify initiatives stakeholders can collaborate on to exploit existing and emerging local & global challenges and opportunities in order to achieve their ambitions.
It includes several exciting activities, among them, motivating and insightful discussions, master classes, media activities, exhibitions and invaluable meet, greet and learn sessions with industry veterans, thought leaders, experts and celebrated young entrepreneurs, will be organized by an excellent team of partners dedicated to ensuring that value for time and money is realized by all.
